It was surely a very very good stay for two nights. The economy room was air conditioned, had central heating and television. This was a really handy and convenient location near to the grand canal and the cruise port, main sightseeing places and the channel.

The location is perfect and handy, not very far from a wide canal. And it's relatively near downtown.

Plenty of food available in the restaurant. Very good building and air conditioned and a decent size rooms with a view. Particularly good and handy location, relatively close to San Polo Basilica.

Great choice for trip. Reasonably priced place with free Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. The staff - very amiable and attentive. Comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated room. A huge variety of options, savoury food.

The beds were big, I slept well. It was adjacent to the stylish Ribo restaurant below, Venice for the last night of a 17 day Italian vacation and both the train station, good location overall.

It was in a marvellous and perfect location adjacent to restaurants and wine bars.

Well priced and lovely small hotel, spent our time lovely. We tried coffee, croissants and cheese, everything was fabulous. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect and a train station was close to the venue. Spent a nice evening at Ristorante Ribot, located very close to the venue. Really enjoyed our stay, recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect, with all the must-see attractions within easy reach. The room, although a bit small, had all the necessary amenities and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more ENJOYABLE. The included dinner was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to try delicious local cuisine. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, and the express check-in/-out made everything so convenient. The locker room provided us with a secure place to store our belongings. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. Lastly, the no pets allowed and no smoking policy ensured a clean and comfortable environment.

The Location was perfect, walking distance away from the main attractions and far enough away from the expensive restuarants etc. Hotel staff very very helpful ... Perfect weekend break!

Only problem was our room was above the restaurant so was therefore noisy when first going to bed ... Was disappointed as on booking confirmation, stated that our room was on 3rd floor, overlooking rooftops ?? This room was on the 2nd floor

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was on point. The room was decent, with a comfy bed and even air con! And let me tell you, the location was spot on. Just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle, through some charming alleys and shops. The staff was really helpful too, with all the info we needed sent via email.

The morning meal could have been better. Just a small thing, but adding a bit more variety to the breakfast spread would have been nice.
